Strict risk controls: every account has a hard 6% max drawdown. Breach = termination.

Performance Fee Model

The better you trade, the better your upside. Performance fees scale with returns, capped at 70% max fee rate.

• Bronze ($10K) +1000% → Fee = 16%

• Diamond ($1M) +500% → Fee = 32.4%

• Master ($10M) +2000% → Fee = 55%

High returns are rewarded aggressively.

Pathway to 10M

Traders progress through performance-based promotion:

• Bronze → Silver: 5x account or 6-month profitable record

• Silver → Gold: 5x account or 6 months consistent profit

• Gold → Platinum: 4x account or 12 months solid record

• Platinum → Diamond: 3x account or 12 months at 100%+

• Diamond → Elite: 2x account or 18 months risk excellence

• Elite → Master: 2x account or 24 months institutional-level record

Fast Tracks:

• 10x return = instant tier promotion

• 20x return = skip one tier

• 50x return = jump straight to Elite

High Water Mark & Settlement

• Fees are paid quarterly, only on new profits above the High Water Mark (HWM).

• If an account dips below HWM, no fees until recovery.

• 60% of fees paid instantly, 40% held for 90 days.

This ensures alignment between traders and the incubator.

Risk & Termination

• Drawdown breach (6%) = liquidation.

• 3 consecutive losing months = review & possible termination.

• Excessive risk-taking or protocol violations = disqualification.

Capital allocation is aggressive, but risk control is absolute.

Fast Track:

• Year 1: $10K Bronze → 1000% return → $100K Gold

• Year 2: $100K Gold → 500% return → $500K Platinum

• Year 3: $500K Platinum → 1000% return → $5M Elite
